Responsibilities:
- Acquire New Units: Finding and connecting new properties
- Conduct outreach, meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract signings with potential landlords;
- Owner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with property owners
- Onboarding Management: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new units;
- Provide consistent support and follow-up with homeowners to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction;
- Coordinate the onboarding and integration of new properties into our portfolio;
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position is a must;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns and make data-driven business decisions;
- Strong negotiation and deal making skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
- Proficiency in the use of industry software, MS Office and social media platforms;
- Effective problem identification and solution finding;
- Proactive and goal-oriented.
