As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound sales, and networking.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate service solutions.
- Present and promote our tax, accounting, and compliance services professionally and effectively.
- Provide expert advisory to clients on UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent deal closures.
- Manage and update leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in business development or direct sales.
- Hardcore sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong lead generation, cold calling, and negotiation skills.
- Educational background in commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA – Finance/Accounting) is required.
- Non-commerce graduates will only be considered if they have direct experience in the tax, accounting, or business consultancy industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet sales targets.
