In September 2025, we will be opening our first permanent overseas showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, specializing in high-end joinery and bespoke wardrobe solutions. We're excited to build a dynamic team to drive our growth in the UAE market and are seeking a talented individual who can bring their own established network of clients to accelerate our new business setup.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development & Sales Executive to lead our joinery and wardrobe division’s growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong personal network within the interior fit-out, joinery, and luxury furniture industry, a proven track record in B2B and retail sales, and deep knowledge of the Dubai market. This role is perfect for someone who excels at bringing new business to a company through their existing connections.
The position requires generating new leads, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value joinery and wardrobe projects with contractors, designers, developers, private clients, and trade partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the high-end residential market for wardrobes, dressing rooms, studies and living room units.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, procurement managers and retail clients, leveraging your own network to bring in new business.
- Consult with trade and retail clients in our showroom, preparing quotes, conducting site visits/surveys, and following up via phone and email.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s joinery and wardrobe capabilities.
- Maintain regular client engagement throughout the project lifecycle, building lasting relationships with customer satisfaction at the core.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adjust approach as needed.
- Provide weekly reports on pipeline, sales performance, and client feedback.
- Work 5 days a week, including Saturdays.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within a joinery, interior fit-out, luxury retail, or furniture manufacturing company in Dubai/UAE.
- Strong personal client database and network to bring new business, with market knowledge in the UAE construction, design, and luxury interiors sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, close high-value projects, and drive new business growth.
- Technical understanding of joinery materials, production processes, timelines, technical drawing, and 3D visualization.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Confidence in team and client communication, with customer satisfaction as a top priority.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
