Role Overview
The Business Setup Advisor will guide clients through the full business formation process in the UAE. This includes advising on license types, jurisdictions, visa options, and compliance requirements. You will consult international entrepreneurs and SMEs, helping them choose the right setup based on their goals, nationality, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Consultation
- Conduct consultations (phone, Zoom, in-person) to assess client needs
- Advise on UAE setup options: Mainland, Free Zones (IFZA, SPC, SHAMS, DMCC, etc.), Offshore
- Recommend license types, legal structures, and visa packages
- Explain business activity scope, office needs, and shareholding rules
Lead Management & Sales
- Handle inbound/outbound leads via CRM (e.g., Go High Level)
- Follow up from WhatsApp, email, and calendar inquiries
- Build trust to convert leads into paying clients
- Meet monthly revenue and conversion targets
Documentation & Process Coordination
- Guide clients on document preparation (license, visa, EID, medical, etc.)
- Coordinate with Free Zones and government entities
- Collaborate with PRO and operations teams for smooth execution
- Track project status and ensure timely updates
Client Relationship & After-Sales
- Build long-term client relationships for referrals and renewals
- Support with bank account opening, VAT, and service add-ons
- Educate clients on additional NEXO offerings (e.g., accounting, immigration)
Market Knowledge & Product Updates
- Stay current on Free Zone offers, government regulations, and competitors
- Attend internal trainings; contribute to SOPs and service improvements
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 1–3 years in UAE business setup or corporate services
- Strong English communication (Arabic or other languages a plus)
- Sales-focused with a consultative approach
- Knowledge of UAE Mainland & Free Zone structures and processes
- CRM proficiency and comfort with remote client handling
Preferred:
- Experience with international/HNW clients
- Understanding of UAE VAT, AML/KYC, and banking procedures
Performance Metrics
- Lead-to-client conversion ratio
- Monthly revenue targets
- License issuance turnaround
- Client satisfaction (CSAT)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
