Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in architecture
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and DM Services portals.
- Strong knowledge & Deep understanding of design process, zoning, and sectional elevations.
- Leading and overseeing the execution of civil construction projects in Dubai who will be responsible for the full project lifecycle from planning and resources allocation to execution, cost control, and final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Reports to: Project Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop schematic, and detailed architectural designs in compliance with DM regulations and UAE building codes.
- Prepare and submit complete architectural drawing packages for including the sectional elevation.
- Produce detailed sectional elevation drawings showing wall sections, slab levels, staircases, shafts, and façade elements.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure drawing consistency and code compliance especially villa projects.
- Monitor the approval process, respond to review comments, and make required revisions efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to Green Building Regulations, Fire and Life Safety Codes, and accessibility standards.
- Participate in site visits and inspections when required to ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in Dubai building codes and authority requirements.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
