Responsibilities:
- Bake cakes according to recipes and customer specifications
- Design and decorate cakes using icing, fondant, and other materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Ensure cakes meet quality and presentation standards
- Manage orders and meet deadlines for special occasions
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Must be able to manage the kitchen as you will also be managing the staff
