Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Cake Maker & Decorator with good experience in baking and dessert preparation. The ideal candidate should be creative, able to develop dessert and breakfast menus, and capable of managing the kitchen and staff. This position will begin with a trial period, and immediate joiners are preferred, especially male Tagalog-speaking candidates.
Location: Al Ain
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and decorate cakes and a variety of desserts
- Create and update dessert and breakfast menus
- Oversee kitchen operations and manage staff schedules
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Maintain kitchen inventory and coordinate supplies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cake maker/decorator or pastry chef
- Ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a small team
- Creativity in menu development (desserts & breakfast)
- Must be available for a trial period
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Male Tagalog speaker preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
