Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or email
- Provide product/service information and resolve complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow communication scripts and meet performance targets
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
