Job Description:
A leading healthcare group, including clinics and a hospital, is looking for a skilled Call Center Data Analyst to join its team. The role involves analyzing call center data to optimize operational performance, support decision-making, and enhance the overall patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data related to patient calls, inquiries, appointments, response times, and satisfaction metrics.
- Build dashboards and reports for clinic and hospital leadership using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Monitor performance of call center agents (response time, call handling, missed calls, etc.).
- Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate with operations, IT, and marketing teams to align reporting needs.
- Support automation and efficiency projects within the call center.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a healthcare call center or hospital environment.
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of KPIs specific to patient access and healthcare service quality.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) is a plus.
