About the Role
We are hiring a Camp Boss to manage and oversee worker accommodations and daily operations for our Dubai-based manpower supply company. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing large camps of 300–500 workers in the UAE, ensuring smooth functioning, compliance, and worker welfare.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the labor camp housing 300–500 employees
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, food, and transportation logistics
- Maintain health, hygiene, and safety standards as per UAE labor laws
- Monitor camp occupancy, resolve grievances, and handle emergencies
- Coordinate with HR and operations for smooth worker deployment
- Maintain inventory of assets and supplies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience as Camp Boss or Accommodation Supervisor
- Proven ability to manage large numbers of workers across different shifts
- Strong organizational and people management skills
- Knowledge of UAE labor and accommodation regulations
- Languages: English (mandatory), Hindi/Urdu (preferred)
