We Are Hiring: Arabic Female Receptionist (With Own Visa)
We are looking for a confident and well-presented Arabic-speaking female receptionist to join our aesthetic medical center. If you are passionate about customer service, organized, and professional — we’d love to hear from you!
Qualifications:
Female, Arabic speaker (required)
Presentable with excellent communication skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or receptionist role (preferably in a clinic or beauty center)
Must have own visa (sponsor visa or freelance)
Good knowledge of basic computer use, emails, and WhatsApp
Fluent in Arabic & English
Must be polite, friendly, and able to multitask
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients warmly at the reception
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment bookings
Assist in client check-in/check-out and coordinate with nurses/therapists
Maintain patient records and confidentiality
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Provide general administrative and front desk support
Promote services and offers to walk-in clients when needed
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 (Based on experience)
Working Hours: 10 hours / 1 day off per week
