Provide companionship and emotional support, especially to elderly or long-term guests.
Monitor and report changes in physical and mental condition to management or healthcare providers if applicable.
Help guests with medication reminders and basic health monitoring (e.g., checking temperature or blood pressure).
Maintain accurate records of services provided and report incidents as per hotel policy.
Respect guest confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and personal boundaries at all times.
Respond promptly to emergency calls or guest requests.
