JOB PURPOSE:
a) Receiving & Payments (cash, credit card, cheque, Gift Voucher, Loyalty Points & variety of payments)
b) Recording (order, sales, receipts, payments, petty cash, stock)
c) Organizing the documents and to maintain the confidentiality.
d) Interaction & Communication with the sales team in terms of providing all customer related services.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (Task & Duties):
a) Responsible for receiving cash, credit card, cheque, credit note, vouchers, loyalty points and a variety of payments and to post in the system at the same time.
b) Recording of daily sales & sales order, receipts, petty cash, stock issue and receipt vouchers.
c) Reconcile daily sales cash, credit card, petty cash, drawer cash, customer balance, pending orders & credit sales.
d) Prepare cash and related documents to be handed over to the shop supervisor for the bank deposit
(Format attached).
e) Send the scanned job orders to factory on the same day and prepare the pending job orders reports for showroom staff.
f) To prepare inventory related documents, daily sales report, daily collection reports, EOD summary, pending orders, credit sales, KPI reports, footfall report, attendance and get the approval from:-
i: Daily Sale Report, Daily Collection Report & EOD (Cashier & Branch Supervisor)
ii: Credit Sale mention separately (Cashier & Branch Supervisor)
ii: Attendance (Cashier & Branch Supervisor)
g) To extend the support towards the sales team in terms of communication - to describe the office memo, to forward all HR forms to the Head Office with necessary approvals(salary advance, leave request, documents request, stock request, employee clearance and the like)
h) To support the inventory staff in terms of stock reconciliation, verification of customer balances, petty cash, drawer cash and sales cash.
i) To maintain confidentiality (product information’s, sales figures, customer data, pricing & sale promotions)
j) Documents to be filed (daily collection, daily sales, EOD summary, credit sales, petty cash, internal memo, monthly attendance & inventory related documents and the like).
k) Pleasantly deal with our valuable customers & sales team to ensure effective customer service.
