Job Purpose:
Responsible for recording, monitoring, and reporting workers’ attendance, duty hours, overtime, and absences at the camp site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Maintain accurate attendance records of camp staff & workers
✔ Record daily in/out timings and update system/register
✔ Track overtime, leaves, and absences; prepare regular reports
✔ Coordinate with site supervisors & HR for payroll verification
✔ Highlight irregularities (absenteeism, late arrivals, early exits)
✔ Assist in manpower deployment schedules and documentation
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as Timekeeper/Attendance Clerk preferred
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
