For our BIG TEAMS in Dubai, we’re looking for the very best Chef de Partie
Your Goals:
- Stock and inventory management, understanding of food cost
- Basic knowledge of the group’s artistic direction
- Quality control and mise en place supervision, hygiene and safety compliance
- Managing the pass and overseeing service
- Strong culinary foundation, recipe execution, and knowledge of fresh pasta
- Training junior team members, onboarding, and team motivation
