We are a leading real estate company based in Sharjah, UAE seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Cheque Collection Controller to join our team!
Job Summary:
As a Cheque Collection Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating the cheque collection process
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of cheques
- Providing excellent customer service
- Making reminder calls to customers due to the time of cheques
- Following up on return cheques and pending payments
- Sending renewal quotations time to time
- Providing clarification related to tenancy renewal
- Following up on customer online payments
Requirements:
- Prefer experience in a similar job
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good in client handling
- Good knowledge of Excel and email
- Preferred Gender: Female
