Our Company is a road contractor and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Document Controller , specifically in the road construction. This role requires strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring work done with quality standards.
The job role of a document controller involves the following duties but not limited to:
- Controlling company and project documentation
- Following and improving document control procedures
- Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
- Producing document progress reports for managers
- Conducting regular reviews and document audits
- Using computers to organise and distribute documents within a company
- Helping in the planning stages of a specific project
- Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
- Working in an office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
