About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our senior management team. The ideal candidate must have a strong financial and strategic background with proven expertise in managing the financial operations of a Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting company in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT, and company laws.
- Manage financial risks, investments, and capital structure.
- Lead financial planning for projects, tenders, and contracts within the fire safety industry.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making at the senior management level.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
- Build and lead the finance team, ensuring strong internal controls and effective processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in the UAE within the Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting industry.
- Proven senior management experience as CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent.
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project-based accounting and contracting business models.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
