Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Chocolatier or Chocolate Chef
- Valid professional certification in chocolate making is required
- Strong knowledge of tempering, enrobing, and molding technique
- Experience with both traditional and innovative chocolate-making methods
- Attention to detail and passion for high-end craftsmanship
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
- Creativity and commitment to quality
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a luxury F&B or fine chocolate brand
- Formal culinary or pastry training with chocolate specialization
