Job Description: Civil Contract Administrator

We Are Hiring! – Civil Contract Administrator
Responsibilities:
· Administration of construction contracts (FIDIC & other standard forms).
· Preparation, review, and management of all contractual correspondence and documentation.
· Handle client and subcontractor invoicing processes accurately and on time.
· Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors to support project deliverables.
· Provide contractual and commercial advice to the project teams.
· Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies.
· Participate in negotiations and resolution of claims, variations, and disputes.
· Maintain complete records of contract documents, change orders, and approvals.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE in a similar role, with strong exposure to FIDIC contracts.
· Solid understanding of invoicing, contract administration, and claims management.
· Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor QS team members.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Available to join within 1 month or less.
· Based in UAE & available for physical interviews.
