We are hiring an experienced and hands-on Foreman to manage and oversee day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction or interior fit-out projects and the ability to lead a team of workers while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of site labor, subcontractors, and tradesmen
- Ensure project work is carried out as per drawings, instructions, and deadlines
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and report issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and enforce safety standards
- Check materials, tools, and equipment availability and ensure proper usage
- Monitor attendance, work quality, and productivity of team members
- Liaise with site engineers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure workflow continuity
- Prepare daily progress reports and escalate any challenges faced on-site
Desired Profile:
- 3–5 years of UAE experience as a foreman in construction or interior fit-out
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings
- Knowledge of safety standards and on-site labor handling
- Hindi/Urdu speaking preferred; basic English is a plus
- Must be physically fit and capable of field supervision
