We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Foreman with strong expertise in tile and marble installation. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supervising teams on Civil/interior/exterior projects, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of tile and marble installation teams.
- Read and interpret drawings and project plans.
- Ensure work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with project timelines.
- Manage site materials, labor, and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
- Maintain safety and quality control standards on-site.
- Liaise with project managers and other departments as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in tile and marble works.
- Proven track record in a supervisory/foreman role.
- Education: Intermediate or higher (Diploma preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle site challenges and meet deadlines.
