Client Care Representative - Home Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient Booking Management: Coordinate and schedule client bookings with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring services are provided in a timely manner and in line with client needs.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, resolving concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Online Inquiries & Sales Support: Address and respond to online inquiries promptly, offering guidance and information on our services, and facilitating the booking process for potential clients.
• Timely Response & Follow-Up: Ensure all bookings, customer service requests, and online inquiries are handled within agreed timescales, providing a seamless experience for clients.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:

· Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and courteously with clients.

· Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields is highly desirable.

· Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

· Empathy & Professionalism: A kind, empathetic demeanor and the ability to provide support in a professional and caring manner.

· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with online booking systems or customer service platforms is beneficial, though training will be provided.

· Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, cohesive work environment.
