We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing high-quality patient care and will be adept at supporting medical staff in a variety of clinical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care and conducting medical procedures.
- Assist the Physician in the preparation of patients before treatment and consultation.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of clinical areas.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with all health professionals as a unified team.
- Understand and align with the mission and vision of the organization.
- Practice according to the rules and regulations established by the Department of Health (DOH) for safe medical practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing School/University.
- Relevant experience of 4:6 years in a healthcare setting; experience in aesthetic or dermatology preferred.
- Certification or diploma in Health Care Assistance or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to patient care.
