We’re looking for a Client Engagement Executive to join our growing team, managing a portfolio of Corporate Enterprise accounts across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey. This role goes beyond renewals—it's about building strategic partnerships, expanding accounts, and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
You’ll be the key point of contact for clients during their first two years, guiding them through their journey and ensuring they gain maximum value from our solutions. Working closely with New Business Development, Enterprise Account Management, and Research teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping long-term client success.
This position reports to the Senior Sales Manager, Enterprise, Middle East and Africa.
What you’ll be doing:
Renew and Expand Existing Accounts
- Improve renewal rates for Year 1 and Year 2 enterprise accounts
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within your portfolio
- Align our solutions with clients’ strategic goals and demonstrate ROI
- Navigate complex decision-making processes with multiple stakeholders
Own the Client Relationship
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across client organisations
- Position our services as essential to clients’ strategic planning
- Expand your network within accounts to deepen engagement
Deliver Strategic Value
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients leverage insights for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored research and consulting
- Identify new commercial opportunities through strategic networking
Client Training and Support
- Lead impactful client training sessions and product demos
- Gather and act on client feedback to enhance our offerings
Sales Process and Strategy
- Secure contract renewals and meet annual upsell targets
- Develop tailored value propositions for different client functions
- Use persistence and creativity to engage senior executives
- Support proposal development and closing of syndicated deals
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in corporate account management, business development, or consultative sales
- Background in market intelligence, consulting, or B2B sales is a plus
- Comfortable engaging with senior executives across functions
- Highly organised with strong time management and follow-up skills
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation abilities
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
