Receptionist – Aesthetic Clinic

About the Role:
We are a premium aesthetic clinic located in the heart of Jumeirah 3, Dubai, seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage appointments and scheduling using clinic software
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
- Assist with administrative duties including patient record management and filing
- Process payments and issue invoices/receipts
- Coordinate with medical and aesthetic staff to ensure smooth client flow
- Promote clinic services and packages when appropriate
Qualifications & Skills:
- Female, preferably from the Philippines
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Experience in a clinic, spa, or aesthetic center is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Professional appearance and customer-service oriented
- Knowledge of clinic management software is a plus
- With UAE Experience 1-2 years
