Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote the medical center’s services (e.g., health check-ups, specialist consultations, diagnostic tests).
- Respond to inbound inquiries from patients regarding services, promotions, and appointment availability.
- Educate patients on available medical services, packages, and health benefits in a clear and professional manner.
- Book appointments directly into the scheduling system and confirm patient details.
- Follow up on previous leads, missed appointments, and existing patients for re-engagement or feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, patient interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM or internal systems.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals as assigned by the supervisor.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate responses to build patient trust and encourage bookings.
- Collaborate with the front desk and medical team to ensure smooth coordination of scheduled services.
- Stay updated on the clinic’s offerings, promotions, and procedures to provide accurate information to patients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Experience:
- Medical center: 3 years (Preferred)
- Medical Telesales : 2 years (Preferred)
