As a Commercial Executive, you will provide vital administrative and coordination support to the MEA Commercial team across Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing. Your role will focus on ensuring the smooth execution of commercial initiatives through effective logistics handling, data consolidation, reporting, and internal communication.
This position is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced regional environment.
- Manage the regional commercial calendar, track key deadlines, and coordinate meetings.
- Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Monitor team attendance and coordinate leave tracking.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for the commercial team.
- Maintain organized filing of contracts, activations, and commercial documentation.
- Prepare and distribute monthly commercial reports, dashboards, and updates.
- Coordinate site inspections and trade show logistics across the region.
- Keep contact lists, RFP trackers, and activity calendars up to date.
- Consolidate monthly sales and marketing reports from regional hotels.
- Coordinate hotel participation in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and activations.
- Follow up with properties on MyMillennium updates, promotions, and performance data.
- Support preparation and distribution of Quarterly Business Review (QBRM) decks and notes.
- Liaise with digital, loyalty, and field marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Manage scheduling for regional sales and marketing briefings.
- Track regional marketing spend and assist with invoice processing and related documentation.
- Assist in preparing and formatting forecasts, budgets, and performance summaries.
- Follow up with hotels on STR data, rate parity audits, and pricing updates.
- Coordinate calendars and materials for revenue calls and strategy sessions.
