Job Summary:
The Commercial Leasing Executive is responsible for leasing commercial spaces such as offices, warehouses, or industrial properties. The role includes tenant sourcing, negotiations, and ensuring high occupancy rates while aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and secure qualified tenants for commercial spaces.
- Prepare and negotiate lease agreements in line with company policy.
- Maintain updated records of leasing activity, occupancy, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and agents.
- Conduct site visits and inspections with prospective tenants.
- Ensure compliance with all local leasing laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing for property promotion.
- Monitor lease renewals and negotiate terms with existing tenants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of commercial leasing experience.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate market.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of real estate CRMs is a plus.
