Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Commis Chef with prior experience in the bakery/pastry section. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and eager to grow in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing a wide variety of baked goods, including croissants, cakes, and desserts
- Support the Chef de Partie and senior bakers in daily production tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery section
- Follow recipes and presentation standards with precision
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met consistently
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Passion for baking and attention to detail
- Experience in croissants production will be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
