About the role
Are you starting your culinary journey or looking to take the next step in a world-class kitchen? As a Commis Chef, you will play a key supporting role in the daily operations of a dynamic kitchen team. From assisting in mise en place to executing service at open kitchens and live cooking stations, your contribution will directly shape the guest experience. You'll work side by side with experienced chefs, learning techniques, developing skills, and ensuring every plate reflects the highest standards of quality and presentation.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a professional kitchen, Be enthusiastic about working in a guest-facing, live cooking environment, Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety, be a strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high expectations. Formal culinary education is an advantage, but a great attitude, dedication, and willingness to learn are just as important.
