Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Execute recipes with precision and creativity, maintaining consistency and presentation standards
- Manage assigned pastry station, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness
- Support senior chefs in daily operations and contribute to menu development
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in team briefings and contribute ideas for improvement
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in a pastry kitchen as a DCDP or Commis 1
- Strong background in French pastry techniques
- Experience in catering or high-volume pastry production
- Ability to manage a station independently and efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate availability is a must
