Role Summary
We are seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure our adherence to CBUAE regulations and internal controls. The role involves regulatory compliance, internal audits, AML/CFT oversight, staff training, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
· Implement and maintain compliance policies aligned with CBUAE requirements.
· Monitor regulatory updates and adjust internal procedures accordingly.
· Oversee AML/CFT compliance, client onboarding, and suspicious activity monitoring.
· Conduct periodic audits and submit required reports to the CBUAE.
· Provide compliance training and ensure staff adherence to policies.
· Coordinate with departments and external regulators on compliance matters.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s in Law, Finance, or related field; AML certification preferred.
· 5–7 years’ experience in compliance, ideally in UAE insurance or financial services.
· Strong understanding of CBUAE guidelines, AML/CFT practices, and insurance operations.
· Detail-oriented, analytical, and effective in cross-functional communication.
