As a Project Manager you’ll be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality assurance, and safety compliance. You’ll coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure every phase is executed efficiently and in line with contractual and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, planning, procurement, execution, monitoring, and handover
- Lead site teams, supervise subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations
- Monitor construction progress and resolve delays, technical issues, or resource constraints
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and local authority regulations
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA, ADM)
- Oversee quality control, inspections, and project documentation
- Mitigate risks and implement corrective actions when needed
- Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8–10 years of proven experience in construction project management (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Strong background in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, and local regulations
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- PMP certification is a plus
