Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the entire process of construction work,
- Compare the completed works with architectural designs,
- Control the quality of construction work and materials,
- Monitor compliance with the deadlines for construction work,
- Monitor the work of construction personnel and compliance with technical safety standards,
- Participate in the recruitment of construction personnel,
- Monitor compliance with production and engineering requirements of projects,
- Measure the construction work carried out,
- Compare the actual construction work performed with the work specified in the execution acts,
- Bear material responsibility for the materials used in construction,
- Prepare a requisition for necessary materials, submit it to the purchasing and supply department for approval,
- Organize, plan and supervise the work of construction teams,
- Follow the norms set forth in the Company's Internal Disciplinary Regulations
Job Requirements
- Higher or secondary vocational education,
- At least 2 years of professional work experience,
- Planning skills and experience working with schedules,
- Ability to manage people,
- Ability to work in a coordinated manner,
- Ability to work in a team,
