We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to join our medical facility's emergency department. Your primary responsibilities will include managing patients with life-threatening conditions, developing effective care plans, and coordinating referrals to appropriate specialists. To thrive in this fast-paced and high-pressure setting, the successful applicant should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with sound clinical judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct immediate assessments of patients presenting to the emergency room and oversee their recovery process.
• Perform follow-up evaluations to monitor patient conditions and progress.
• Order necessary diagnostic tests and formulate treatment plans based on results.
• Create comprehensive and effective patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Refer patients to relevant specialists as required for further treatment.
• Ensure patients are stable before facilitating their transfer to the appropriate departments for additional evaluation.
• Provide discharge instructions and complete all necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
• Collaborate with various emergency department teams to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate care.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in an accredited residency program.
• Valid medical license to practice.
• Extensive knowledge of contemporary medical treatments and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to think critically and act swiftly in high-stress situations.
• Completion of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) training.
