About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Writer & Social Media Manager to take full ownership of content creation and social media management. Your primary responsibility will be writing engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms while also overseeing social media strategy, graphic design, and basic video creation.
You’ll be responsible for:
Writing and managing content for websites, blogs, and social media
Ensuring content is engaging, SEO-friendly, and tailored to the target audience
Using AI tools like ChatGPT when necessary, but always refining for a human touch
Reviewing and double-checking content for quality and authenticity
Managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and optimizing content for engagement
Creating visuals using Canva (basic design skills required)
Editing and repurposing images into short-form videos for social media
Working with property companies, software brands, and various other industries
Logging into platforms, managing posts, and tracking performance
Collaborating with a videographer for high-level video production when needed
This is a growth-focused role. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and take on paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), SEO strategies, and more—allowing you to increase your earnings significantly.
Who We’re Looking For
Impeccable writing skills – your content must be engaging, clear, and well-structured
Ability to understand the user journey and write content that connects with the audience
Strong attention to detail, ensuring content is AI-proof and optimized for readers
Graphic design skills (Canva proficiency is a must)
Experience in social media management (posting, scheduling, and engagement strategies)
Some experience with basic video editing for social media content
A proactive mindset – someone who takes ownership and wants to grow in digital marketing
