Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Investor & Corporate Sales Executive to spearhead strategic sales initiatives, attract high-net-worth investors, and secure long-term corporate contracts. This dual-focused role requires strong financial acumen, exceptional relationship management skills, and a proven ability to close high-value deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations & Business Development
- Identify and approach high-net-worth individuals, corporate investors, and investment groups.
- Develop and present tailored investment proposals and ROI-driven business cases.
- Build and maintain long-term investor relationships based on trust, transparency, and regular engagement.
- Support investor onboarding, ensuring full alignment with company goals and operational execution.
Corporate Sales & Client Acquisition
- Pitch Royal Smart Limousine’s premium services to hotels, corporates, embassies, and government/semi-government entities.
- Identify and secure new business partnerships to drive recurring contracts and increased trip volumes.
- Conduct client visits, negotiations, and formal presentations to senior decision-makers.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Strategy & Growth
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to create impactful proposals, presentations, and investment brochures.
- Contribute to strategic sales campaigns, pricing models, and expansion plans.
Negotiation & Compliance
- Lead investor and corporate client contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal company policies.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements and supporting documentation.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, investor databases, and CRM records (Salesforce/Zoho).
- Provide senior management with detailed sales reports, forecasts, and investor ROI analyses.
- Support preparation of financial projections and performance tracking models.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
- Languages – Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken) is required.
- 3–5 years’ experience in investor relations, corporate sales, or luxury/high-value services (hospitality, real estate, transport).
- Proven success in attracting investors and closing large-scale corporate deals.
- Strong understanding of investment models, ROI calculations, and financial analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under pressure.
