About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Academic Counselor to drive our lead engagement and enrollment efforts. If you're passionate about telesales, CRM engagement, and presenting impactful training solutions to clients, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage inbound leads using CRM platforms, present training courses, and highlight program benefits
- Generate 10–15 new contacts daily from existing leads
- Follow up continuously via email, WhatsApp, and calls to keep leads warm and responsive
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with potential clients
- Aim to close maximum leads monthly in line with management expectations
- Submit daily performance updates and a monthly sales report to measure outcomes
- Support additional sales-related tasks and coordination as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a telesales or lead conversion role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for telesales, client engagement, and goal-driven performance
