Job Description:
Iconic Training Institute in Dubai is hiring an experienced and results-driven Students Admissions Counselor to join our team. Only candidates who have previously worked in training institutes or educational centers in a similar admissions role will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete admissions cycle — from lead generation and inquiry handling to enrollment confirmation.
- Respond to prospective students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins, providing accurate course and enrollment details.
- Achieve and exceed monthly admissions and sales targets consistently.
- Handle objections, resolve queries, and provide a seamless enrollment experience.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to develop lead-generation and conversion strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate student records, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system.
Requirements (Mandatory):
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Students Admissions Counselor / Officer in a training institute or educational center (applications without relevant experience will not be considered).
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly enrollment and sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and counseling skills to build trust with prospective students.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple leads effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of the UAE training and education market will be an advantage.
Preference:
Applicants with previous experience in admissions, counseling, or sales roles within training institutes or educational centers will be given top priority.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
