Job Description
As the CRM Marketing Manager at Deriv, you will own the vision, strategy, and ongoing evolution of our global CRM function, delivering personalised, data-driven customer experiences that directly impact the loyalty, retention, and lifetime value of millions of traders worldwide. You’ll lead the charge in building an intelligent, AI-empowered CRM ecosystem, ensuring best-in-class automation, orchestrating seamless omnichannel journeys, and developing a team of high-performing specialists. This is a leadership role demanding technical fluency, inspiring management, and a rigorous, analytics-first approach to performance.
Your challenges
Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a customer-centric CRM roadmap aligned to business priorities, leveraging AI and automation to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.

Introduce advanced personalisation, predictive analytics, and automated campaign optimisation to challenge current practices and benchmark against the fintech industry’s highest standards.
- Position CRM as a business-critical growth engine, advocating for investment in technology, data, and capability development.
Operational Excellence

Oversee the design, execution, and continuous refinement of complex customer journeys within HubSpot, including automation, custom objects, behavioural triggers, and API integrations.

Set rigorous processes for campaign management, data integrity, workflow optimisation, reporting, and regulatory adherence across all channels (email, push, in-app, and messaging apps).
- Champion a data-first approach, ensuring that every CRM initiative is measured, tested, and iteratively improved for optimal ROI.
Team Development

Build, coach, and inspire a team of CRM and marketing automation specialists, encouraging a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and high standards.

Identify and accelerate high-potential talent, providing feedback, training, and clear, actionable development paths.
- Encourage cross-functional learning and knowledge-sharing to elevate CRM capability across the organisation.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Alignment

Act as the key liaison with Product, Compliance, Data, and Regional Marketing teams, translating business requirements into powerful CRM solutions and ensuring regulatory alignment.
- Effectively communicate CRM vision, performance, and optimisation opportunities to senior leadership, influencing strategic direction.
Performance, Measurement & Governance

Define and own all CRM KPIs with robust attribution methodologies and clear reporting, providing actionable insights and detailed recommendations for commercial growth.
- Maintain absolute compliance with internal controls and external regulatory frameworks, proactively mitigating risks and leveraging compliance as a competitive differentiator.
