• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide accurate property information and guide customers through purchase/rental processes.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Handle complaints professionally, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
