- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate property information and guide customers through purchase/rental processes.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Handle complaints professionally, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
