We are seeking a proactive and professional Student Support & Admission Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the admissions process, ensuring high levels of student satisfaction, and maintaining smooth front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make follow-up calls to students regarding pending or upcoming tuition/admission fee payments in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries from prospective students and their parents promptly and professionally.
- Provide detailed and accurate information on available courses, affiliated universities, admission procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with admissions and academic departments to monitor student application status and ensure timely completion of documentation.
- Address student concerns or complaints efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service and satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date student records and communication logs using CRM software or internal databases.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions for management review.
- Welcome and assist visitors at the reception area, manage appointments, and ensure a warm and professional front-desk experience.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators, counselors, and other internal departments to ensure smooth administrative and academic workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Previous experience in educational institutions, student counseling, or front-office roles is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
