Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Associate
Location: Nad Al Sheba4, Dubai
We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team and oversee the main floor, concept store, and flowers section at our villa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing excellent service and product knowledge
- Handle customer orders received through walk-ins, WhatsApp, and website
- Support sales efforts and help customers find products that suit their needs
- Ensure displays and stock in the concept store and flowers section are well maintained and appealing
- Ensures excellent customer satisfaction and resolve any customer issues promptly
- Follow and ensure daily operational standards to create a pleasant shopping experience
- Coordinate with staff and support smooth daily workflow
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, basic POS systems, etc.)
- English language proficiency is a must
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus
