Customer Service Executive – Veterinary Clinic (WhatsApp & Phone Bookings)
Location: Al Barsha 3, Dubai (Near Civil Defense, Hessa Street)

Working Days: 6 days/week (48 hours total)
Salary: AED 4,500 – 6,000 per month + Bonus

We are now hiring a Customer Service Executive to help us scale our operations and deliver world-class service through efficient communication and effective appointment management.
Role Overview: The main responsibility of this role is to convert incoming inquiries into confirmed appointments, primarily through WhatsApp and phone calls. You'll be the first point of contact for both new and returning clients and play a vital role in shaping their experience with the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of client inquiries via WhatsApp and telephone
- Convert leads into booked appointments using confident, service-oriented communication
- Proactively handle objections and recommend alternative solutions (timing, doctor availability) to maximize booking conversions
- Maintain accurate records using booking software
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client flow
- Support follow-ups and ongoing client engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- A strong *sales mindset* with a passion for turning inquiries into booked appointments, not just answering messages
- Ability to *multi-task and remain calm under pressure*
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
- Experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, or sales roles
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, phone systems, or CRM tools preferred
- Prior experience in a *veterinary or medical clinic* is a bonus but not required
Salary & Incentives
- Monthly salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000, depending on experience
