We are seeking a passionate and skilled Demi Chef to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative dishes and menus.
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
Previous experience 2 years as a Demi Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
Passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
