The Role
A role with full design responsibility across a range of ultra-luxury private villa projects. You’ll lead the architectural concept from day one, shaping the form, planning layouts, and setting the overall design language. While the focus is architecture, you’ll work closely with interiors and FF&E to make sure everything ties together. Projects are fully bespoke, client-driven, and delivered to an exceptional standard. This is a hands-on role that gives you ownership, creative freedom, and the chance to do things properly.

Requirements
You’ll need a background in high-end residential architecture, ideally 8–10 years, with a strong design sensibility and an eye for detail. You should be confident developing concepts, leading small teams, and presenting to private clients. Strong SketchUp is essential, and you’ll need to understand how interior spaces work, not to design FF&E, but to make sure the architecture supports the full experience. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a design-led studio doing things at the highest level.
