Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting regular shop audits and inventory counting across retail outlets to ensure stock accuracy, compliance with company policies, and operational efficiency. The role supports inventory integrity and contributes to loss prevention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical inventory counts (cycle and full counts) at store level.
- Conduct shop audits to assess compliance with SOPs, merchandising, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies.
- Monitor and report issues related to stock loss, damage, or theft.
- Support implementation of inventory control measures and best practices.
- Coordinate with store and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock handling.
- Prepare and submit detailed audit and inventory reports to management.
- Assist in training store staff on inventory and audit procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory management or retail audit.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
- Ability to travel across store locations as needed.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
