We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who is highly skilled in performance marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign management. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of driving high-quality leads through Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other paid platforms, while also mentoring and guiding a team of marketers.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Define and manage monthly lead generation targets and budgets.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights.
- Experiment with ad creatives, landing pages, targeting strategies, and funnels to maximize conversion.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless lead nurturing.
- Guide, train, and mentor junior digital marketing team members to improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and compliance policies.
- Implement marketing automation, remarketing strategies, and A/B testing for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing lead generation campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and other performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM tools.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver high ROI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Experience in fintech/loans/crypto/forex/gaming industry (preferred but not mandatory).
